Local Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Our delivery times are Monday through Saturday, with 10am-2pm being the default: Other delivery windows may be available, some at an additional charge, call us for details at (204) 256-7705.
All orders are processed on the day of order, for delivery on the next day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or statutory holidays.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Deliveries can only be made within Winnipeg city limits (within the perimeter) with some exceptions. Enter your address into the online ordering system to see if you are eligible for no cost delivery.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially due to extreme weather or road conditions.
Shipment to P.O. boxes
Thrive Pet Food Market cannot deliver to P.O. boxes at this time.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking will activate upon receipt by the courier.
Damages
Thrive Pet Food Market may share liability with the courier company for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Thrive Pet Food Market immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and photograph and damage.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the city of Winnipeg.
