Return Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Thrive Pet Food Market. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased, you will receive a store credit for the value of your return.

In the case of refunds, the originating form of payment must be available to refund the purchase to. If you bought with your debit card, you must have that debit card available. If it was purchased with someone else’s card, they must be present for the funds to be returned to that card.

Warranty Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt and in the case of refunds, the originating form of payment must be available to refund the purchase to. Is. if you bought with your debit card, you must have that debit card available. If it was purchased with someone else’s card, they must be present for the funds to be returned to that card.

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds:

Gift cards

Clearance items, marked “Final sale”

Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase.
