We now offer curb-side service for all of our products! Just give us a call, place your order and we will bring it out when you arrive.
In store, we are trying to follow social distancing as much as possible, and are sanitizing our pin pad after each use, and all our cash has been laundered with anti-viral cleaners. During the pandemic and to keep everyone safe we're allowing 2 customers in the store at a time and ask that you allow us to retrieve your products from the shelves for you. This reduces product contamination and reduces the spread. We understand it can be difficult to get used to but we appreciate all of our combined efforts in putting a stop to the spread!
If any of our customers are having issues, either due to self quarantine, or with concerns of being part of the at risk segment of the population, and need product delivered, Jeff will be making a limited delivery schedule available during this time of concern. Call the store to arrange for this special service.
While we are offering delivery for at risk customers, if any at risk clients would prefer to shop in person, we would be happy to arrange times outside our normal open hours, Jackie and I live around the corner from the shop, and I would be happy to meet you there by appointment between 8 and 10 in the morning. Yes, Covid-19 is a concern that we need to take seriously, but if we all work together and remain reasonable and sane, we can make it though this and keep our families safe, both those with and without fur.
